Oasis Systems (Steadycom) originally hosted voice services from 1986 through till the sale of that business in 2005, so we have more experience in hosted IVR and telecom services than any other Australian based bureau. Oasis Nexus, formed in 2006 has allowed us to continue this service to our clients but now includes a far more diverse array of advanced voice and video telecom services. Our customers range from mobile operators, corporate and government corporations through to premium rate service bureaus, VoIP service providers and SME clients.

Our hosted services bureau offers state very latest infrastructure and leading edge software to provide our client an environment which will deliver advanced telco grade Value Added Services the competition can only dream about. With our IP multi-media and standards based VoiceXML 2.1 Service Delivery Platform (SDP) we can deliver to your clients the a state of the art experience with out the usual substantial spend on infrastructure and staffing.

Our media platforms support voice and video conferencing, Speech Recognition, fax, video IVVR H.263, H.264, MPEG4 transcoding, trans-rating and trans-sizing via IP & TDM interfaces.

Our multi-tenanted Lawful Interception Platform and MVNE Platform provides these service to operators throughout the APAC region saving them millions of dollars normally required to implement some of these services.
